Is it ok to use E45 cream as a daily moisturiser?

I have very dry skin under my eyes which becomes very red and sore. I have been using E45 cream for about a week and the redness has gone. As it is quite a light cream, can it be used as a daily moisturiser?Is it ok to use E45 cream as a daily moisturiser?

I had the same problem before i started using it and now my skin is wonderful :) No harm in it at all :)
use aqueous cream you can use as often as u like and use instead of soap its about 1.20 for 100g tube and about 3.00 for 500g tub
