i have dry skin n always use a moisturiser even in winter but still my skin is worse during winters. does using a cold cream help? what's actually d difference between them?

as per my experience cold cream makes ur skin more oily, where as a gud moisturizer really helps during winters....well am here in US so i use moisturizer during winter and snow falls.What's d difference between a cold cream n a regular moisturiser?
Cold cream contains more oily than moisturiser.cold cream is best.it help to prevent from crackes in lips,hands and legs in winter season
See cold cream will help you in the winter season, and moisturiser is cream which will keep you skin wet and warm in all seasons but to use cole=d cream is better in this season.
Cold cream is not cold and moisturiser does not contain moisture.
